Instructional Design/Technical Writing Skills
Design, develop, author, and deliver online and instructor-led course content and storyboards that support the business unit in meeting strategic goals
Apply principles of adult learning to programs and courses utilizing ADDIE, Kirkpatrick models
Incorporate gamification, voice-over, graphics, photography, and video into eLearning courses
Interface with business subject matter experts for content validity to achieve desired outcomes
Ensure delivery of high impact, interactive, and e-learning material that include action learning and experiential exercises
Ensure quality control of instructional design and content accuracy
Ensure adherence to product design standards/guidelines
Manage the receipt, processing, and delivery of technical content for reporting purposes
Create and review written SOP documentation for conformity with standards of objectivity, style, and presentation for enterprises served
